Standing on the iconic TEDx stage at Symbiosis' TEDxSCMS Pune, with the bold red TEDx letters glowing behind me and an amazing audience right in front, it was nothing short of surreal.
For years, I've been talking to customers all over the world, usually for thirty minutes at a time, to help them shape their experiences and outcomes. But it was different to be on that stage. This wasn't a business meeting or a Zoom call; it was a chance for me to share my story, my passion, and my journey with a live audience that was interested and excited.
The Experience on Stage
The spotlight came on, the room went quiet, and for twenty minutes, I wasn't just talking about how to make customers happy; I was doing it. Every nod, smile, and moment of interaction from the audience reminded me how important conversations are.
The TEDx logo behind me made me feel like I was part of something bigger, a world-wide group of people who want to spread good ideas. When I looked into the eyes of the students, faculty, and guests at Symbiosis, I felt the weight and the joy of sharing my message: that thirty minutes can change everything if you use them wisely.
A Wonderfully Planned Event
Not only was being on stage one of the best parts of the day, but also seeing how well the event was planned. From the time I got there, everything was planned out well, from the rehearsals to the backstage coordination to the speaker support to the energy that the organizing team put into every detail.
A big thank you to the amazing team that made this event happen: [Insert Organisers' Names Here]. Their dedication, attention to detail, and kindness made it possible for us as speakers to focus only on telling our stories. It was clear that this wasn't just an event for them; it was something they were really into, and that enthusiasm spread.
The Audience That Made It Special
There is no TEDx without an audience, and the people at Symbiosis were some of the most interesting people I've ever talked to. The students and people who came weren't just listening; they were also taking part. The questions that made you think, the applause at the right times, and even the quiet times of reflection made it feel like a journey we were all on together instead of just a talk.
A Personal Reflection
As I walked off the stage, I realized that this TEDx experience was not just about sharing my thoughts on Customer Success; it was also about living it. I want my customers to make the most of their thirty minutes, and I just had my own thirty minutes that I will always remember.
🙏 Gratitude
Thank you so much to the Symbiosis TEDx team for inviting me, helping me, and giving me a place to tell my story. And to the audience, thank you for making me feel heard, important, and inspired.
This wasn't just another speech. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
